A treatment catered to your needs.  Your therapist will discuss your preferred goals for treatment and provide the experience your body, nervous system and spirit crave to inspire the best version of you. Treatments will range from full body massage to medical massage of specified areas.

Holistic Massage "The Monarch"

In concert with holistic massage, your therapist will support the many changes your body makes during each phase of your pregnancy and hold space for this emotional and spiritual journey.  This treatment is a full body massage performed in a side-lying position as well as face up in a semi reclined position bolstered with appropriate cushions.

Prenatal Massage "The Chrysalis"

Similar to a prenatal massage, this full body treatment is performed at 37+ weeks.  It is designed to encourage and nurture natures’ course by opening the hips, releasing tension, pacifying anxiety, and stimulating specific acupressure points helpful for labor.

Birth Prep Massage "The Hatching"

A full body massage performed from day 1 to year 1 after pregnancy. Designed for your birthing and pregnancy experience, your therapist will customize your session to address any concerns you may have and help nourish blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and hormone regulation as well as enhance milk production, encourage  balance and improve sleep. 

You may bring your baby to the session, as well as a guest. We encourage whatever you may need to feel at ease while you’re treated.

Postpartum Massage "The Flying"

A massage derived from Chinese medicine and five element theory performed with clothing on. This type of massage nourishes the flow of qi by utilizing stretches, joint mobility, compression and acupressure points. Your therapist will incorporate hands, fingers, knees, feet and palms during your treatment.

Shiatsu Massage "The Sichuan Butterfly"

This is a therapeutic massage that focuses on the breast and chest tissue indicated for reconstruction surgery, augmentation, gender affirming surgery, lipoma or cyst removal, lymph node removal and therapeutic benefits.  

*Please note that the entire breast/chest area will be exposed. The nipple will be avoided. 

*Please note that this is not a lactation consultation. I am happy to provide referrals and resources if you need assistance.

A majority of time will focus on the breast/chest area and other modalities may be included primarily lymphatic drainage and anything you want to incorporate. 

Treatment preferences will be discussed with your practitioner prior to session.

Breast & Chest Massage "Wing Expansion"

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method developed out of osteopathy. It focuses on assessing and balancing the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

The Clearing Ritual: Cupping, Guasha, and Moxibustion

Crafted by the Sisters of the Valley, a spiritual and activist community of women, this small-batch CBD salve is more than a product—it's a medicine made with intention. The Cocoon Stillpoint: Craniosacral Therapy

A traditional wellness therapy where warm castor oil is applied to cloth placed on the skin, usually over the abdomen, liver area, or sometimes other regions. It’s typically held in place with gentle heat.
Indicated for scar tissue, digestive & liver support, detoxification, menstrual and pelvic health, inflammation, pain relief, immune support, relaxation and stress relief.

Sacred Wings Wrap: Castor Oil Pack Wrap
