Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method developed out of osteopathy. It focuses on assessing and balancing the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

With a very light touch, practitioners listen to subtle rhythmic movements in the body, known as the craniosacral rhythm. By gently encouraging release, this methodology helps restore balance, improve fluid motion, and support the body’s innate capacity for self-healing.
